Sewing under the influence (of cold medicine)

I've been feeling a bit foggy lately.

Could it be from...

a. the seasons changing
b. weird seep schedule
c. (still) looking- for-career-related-employment restlessness
d. an all day session of apartment cleaning, furniture moving, vigilante vacuuming
My money is on, e.) all of the above

Once the sudafed kicked in I got to work on my Across the Sea QAL quilt.

We went from a string of pretties...

...to a pile of pretties.

...to a big pieced pretty.

It looks better in the daylight. You'll just have to take my word on that.
The original goal deadline was October 2nd.

Crunch time....

  1. Annaliese you are BACK!!! Not to sketch you out...but I was thinking about emailing you to see if you were okay. So glad to have you back and hear you are sewing. Quilt looks great. Sudafed to me = in bed. So the fact that you sewed anything let alone a whole quilt top is a-mah-zing!

  2. It looks great! You've accomplished about a hundred more things than I would have on a sick day!

  5. So sorry to hear that you're ill but I'm intrigues about your seep schedule. Is it a symptom or a cause of your cold?

    What an amazing blog.
Thank you for your kind comments.
I started my blog as I wanted to join a quilt swap on Flickr. I'm on a steep learning curve.
I hope you feel better soon.
